Geert Hofstede's Homepage - Dutch Sociologist who studies culture through 4 (now 5) lenses: Power Distance, Individualism, Masculinity, and Uncertainty Avoidance. Has added a 5th dimension of Long-term versus short-term orientation. Studies originally done for IBM to help them manage their multi-national operations. Lately there has been some controversy regarding his ratings and analysis of cultures.
